The downside was that the chalet sits in the social area, so all the guest noise was right outside the accommodation, a detail not made clear in the listing. Some amenities listed were actually on the property rather than in the chalet, which isn’t a huge issue but could be highlighted better. A few guests behaved inappropriately, so more staff presence would help manage such situations.

“Não consegui descansar”

Breakfast was decent, but the overall cleanliness could improve. The maintenance team made a lot of noise from city parties, and I couldn’t rest because one of the neighboring rooms had a lot of break‑and‑enter activity.

The place was very cozy, a great escape from everyday hustle. The service was excellent and breakfast was wonderful. It’s in a good spot not too far. Only for a couple, the entrance isn’t private, so if you want something truly exclusive for just the two of you, you’ll end up sharing space with other guests.
