Everything was absolutely great! It was an incredible getaway far from the noisy resorts stacked on top of each other. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

We stayed at the beginning of September, loved the room, everything was neat and well-equipped, the staff was friendly, the grounds were wonderful, and the breakfast at the kitchen was delicious.

The staff are very friendly and will help with any issue that arises. The pools and surrounding area are always very clean and tidy, and you can order food from the restaurant at a specific time and it arrives punctually. The guests are noisy because the doors and walls are quite thin, towels are only provided once and never changed even during a long stay (a week), and waiting for restaurant food on the premises can take up to 30 minutes if you order upon arrival.

The pools were very nice and the location was good. It was scorching in the room and I couldn’t sleep because there was no air‑conditioning. The mattresses were also worn out. There was only a roll of toilet paper—more was needed. There were other kitchen quirks, but I’m only rating the hotel.
