Signs said pets should go to a special area, but I couldn’t locate it. Our key cards didn’t work on the side doors, so we always had to go to the lobby. A list of restaurants that deliver to the hotel and their menus would be helpful.

I loved the ambience of the facilities; after missing the first breakfast, we ate at the hotel and it was exceptional—no need to go out. The pool was clean and great, and the afternoon snacks were thoughtful; I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Cleveland. The downside was that housekeeping came every 3 days, which I understand is eco‑friendly, but when I asked the front desk, they didn't arrange it, so we had to get a quick tidy from a maid, whom I did tip.
