“Average.”
The location works well, yet the reception staff were miserable, unwelcoming, and never inquired about my stay.

The spot is great, but the reception team was miserable and never asked how my stay was.

I had a lovely little stay with everything you need in a good spot, and the pool is nice, though it doesn’t feel like a spa for couples or friends but it does the job of a pool and sauna. However, someone’s bikini was left on the floor in our room, so I’m not sure the cleaning was thorough; a little updating might help. The pub downstairs was big but lacked vibe. Breakfast was included and decent, but it wasn’t a buffet; it was a menu and the food was meh—my scrambled eggs were super runny and the sausages were very odd, definitely not a traditional full English.

The location is beautiful, the hotel bar is lovely, and the rooms are a bit tired. It was so hot that I had trouble sleeping.

The hotel and staff were extremely good. The rooms were very good size and clean. We were very disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the two evenings we stayed
