The service was amazing, very kind and professional, and there’s a kitchen with a restaurant service so you can cook right there. We caught the flight early and missed breakfast, but they had it ready for us to take, a charming touch. Nothing else, everything was fantastic.

The room and bathroom were spacious, there was a nice eating area where staff did live cooking, and a small pool to cool off. It’s a pretty place, but everything feels a bit clumsy – no chairs by the pool, a huge rooftop terrace with no seating, and in the cooking area there’s only one table that fits five people even though there’s room for another. We had to wait for another family to finish their meal before we could eat, even though that family wasn’t staying here. The staff can only fry one egg at a time, so it takes forever. Food and drinks are really overpriced. Breakfast is sparse; after an hour we were hungry again, and the juice at breakfast cost double the usual price.

One of the few quality properties, modern with a kitchen view from the staff, and excellent quality. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a little out of town.

It is a beautiful hotel - quiet and like a little oasis in Ende. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the bathrooms big and the staff exceptional. The staff are the kindest people and they look after you and put you first in all their actions. We will definitely come back when we visit Ende again. Thank you again for everything you did - even during the difficult time we had in Ende. We will forever be grateful. Loved everything
