“Overnight stay only spoiled by the selfish parking of another guest otherwise a good stay”
I got to the hotel from the ferry port with no trouble, the breakfast was really good, and my room was spacious and clean.

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful, but there were dead insects in the shower and the toilet was temperamental and noisy.

The place was nice and cosy, though it was noisy and a bit old.

This hotel is very nice; the rooms are adequate but the bathrooms could use some upgrades. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is very nice. We never over‑crowd the hotel, so we always stay here overnight before heading to Southampton for a cruise. I recommend grabbing a meal or a drink in the bar, and we’ll be back next summer. The bathrooms could use a makeover, but they’re fine for a short stay.
