Tudo foi ótimo . Ótimo atendimento e atenção da Esther, um baita diferencial o atendimento e o auxílio dela. Eu deveria ter ido com um carro um pouco mais alto . Como fica um pouco distante de monte verde a estrada é de barro por um trecho de alguns km, com carro baixo igual ao meu não foi algo muito agradável, porém isso não tem haver com o chale e sim com a localização

The bed is comfortable and the room is a good size. The hot tub is also good. The access to the place is extremely dangerous and since we arrived at night, I really don’t recommend it. Upon arrival, we were received and in the room we had no access to the staff, we had difficulty ordering food and it took almost 1h40 to be delivered. In the room there was a mini fridge, but it had no water, soda or beer to drink as soon as we arrived. Some animals were making a lot of noise on the roof, we even thought they were rats or other animals and my wife was terrified by the situation, she had to contact someone from the lodge after a lot of difficulty. Because of the animals we couldn’t enjoy the outside of the room. We received breakfast in the morning and when we asked about butter, we were told that no one who frequents the lodge eats, so they serve cream cheese, but in a little pot that isn’t enough to spread on half a bread. It’s worth it that the staff understand better about hospitality, because we really had a bad stay and it wasn’t that cheap. I think BOOKING should know its partners better, the disappointment was really huge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The accommodation is super comfortable, matches the photos, and in person it’s even better. Everything is very clean, organized, and the internal communication is very good and fast. They respond super quickly when you need something and make it easy to use the indoor and outdoor fireplace. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. They attended us well. The access is very long and through a long dirt road, which was not mentioned. We had a sunny day that helped, but on rainy and foggy days it becomes very difficult to drive, many potholes on the way, making the arrival very slow. This makes the exit and arrival easier for those who want to enjoy the city.
