The location was fine, but we stayed in a quadruple room with two adults and two kids in a terrible, old, dirty room with a 40‑year‑old bathroom that barely produced water in the bidet and sink, so it didn’t match the photos we booked; not recommended for families like ours.

Everything was great; the hotel sits right in the middle of the old town, but getting there was a bit challenging because it’s in the pedestrian zone.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, parking through the partner company was a great idea, the location was wonderful and the directions were spot on, and the breakfast was tasty; everything was super.

The location was excellent, close to tourist spots and on a commercial street, and it was easy to get there from the station in about 10 minutes on foot. I liked the interior design of the hotel. The room I stayed in was large, well equipped, and clean, but the bathroom was small, the shower had no enclosure, just a curtain, which was quite uncomfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could be more varied, and check‑out is until 10:00.
