Nice location, very quiet, good breakfast view. The room was very small with a very narrow bed, also not very clean. The hotel smelled musty in the hallway. Everything was very old‑fashioned.

The view from the bedroom was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and Lynton and Lynmouth felt very special. The lady running the guest home was lovely, very experienced, friendly, well organized, and made us feel at home. The slope and the steps were hard work.

The place sits in a superb spot by the beach, the room was clean with a large bed and a nice bathroom, and the breakfast was filling. The owner was very helpful and friendly. If you have suitcases, you’ll have to climb steps up to the property and then more steps to reach the bedroom.
