The location is very convenient as a base for all the nice spots you can visit around. There’s a good pizzeria nearby and a Spar for quick purchases. Breakfast was very complete and the staff were very helpful. The room was a bit shabby and the shower was old, but everything we needed was there.

The room and service were punctual; breakfast was varied and plentiful. Mrs Lucia runs the hotel perfectly and warmly. The quiet area is ideal, just a short walk from the train to Mestre and other eastern destinations. The staff are kind and helpful. We’ll gladly return.

The room was very noisy; you could hear the bar staff chatting with customers until late at night and from 5:30 am in the morning.

Location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the vibe was nice, 24‑hour reception, the breakfasts were excellent, the coffee was tasty, and the room was spacious.
