Breakfast was good, but the bed was hard, the draws in the room were unusable, the shower head was rotten.

The bed was huge and comfy, breakfast tasty with eggs cooked just right, Rosie was super helpful and handled multiple roles smoothly, and the windbreak seating outside was a nice touch while we waited for our room. The view from the room showed scaffolding, bins, and old plumbing, the toilet had brown scale under the rim and a sticking flush button, the room wasn’t ready at check‑in and we waited 45 minutes, some walls leading to the room had damp signs, and the breakfast table we first sat at was cramped and blocked a doorway, so we were moved.
