I got a cheap rate, but the hostel was a letdown. Noise from other guests kept going until 1 am and again after 7 am, not just street noise. The walls were paper thin. I asked for a late check‑out and was willing to pay, yet they charge 200 per hour for a room that costs 370 a night. There was no toilet paper, no hot water, no drinking water, and no soap. The bed was clean.

Nothing good here. The reception was friendly when I arrived, but that’s about it. The place was awful: people were loud and drinking, turning lights on and waking me up; the bed creaked with every movement.

The place is very clean, and the bathroom is spacious and tidy. The staff are very accommodating, helpful, and kind. Air‑conditioning needs improvement—turning it on and off is inconsistent. I’d give it an 8/10. Thanks for the good service; I’d recommend it if you want a place near the airport, which is 10 to 15 minutes away. To the staff, thank you for a great stay! Hanggang sa muli na biyahe namin.
