The hotel was clean and comfortable, yet the pool was unexpectedly closed and they wouldn’t say when it would reopen, which was a major disappointment since we had planned to use it.

The handicap room should set the standard for other chains—two separate spaces for the shower and toilet were great, thumbs up! However, the shower curtain drip line was outside the walk‑in shower’s basin, causing a lot of water on the floor; several towels fixed that. Breakfast was a B‑; the coffee was weak and we didn’t like the non‑egg days.

The elevator was broken, and the breakfast was disappointing. We’ve stayed here before, and this visit felt much worse than the first time.
