It was disappointing that two rooms were booked under one reservation, one was cleaned while the other was never cleaned. I requested a plunger at 11 pm and didn’t get one until about 4 am the next morning.

The staff quickly called a manager to help with booking issues, but the desk staff failed to read ID cards and verify reservations, causing chaos that was eventually resolved. The restaurant manager was rude, refused to honor the posted advertisement, and was unhelpful to guests when questioned, insisting the staff ignore the ad.
