The location is perfect for exploring Trento without a car, and the staff were incredibly kind. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great shower. The breakfast, however, felt a bit limited in food choices and space because the hotel relies on a neighboring bar.

We loved having a sauna in the room, it was a nice touch. The room itself was comfortable and we slept well. We managed to check in early, and the location was fantastic – the train station is within walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and always greeted us. Breakfast was chaotic on the first day, and the man there seemed quite grumpy, so it wasn’t the best.

Excellent location…in the heart of the old town area. Lovely room. Great breakfast. And they gave us a discount card to use for reduced and free entry to attraction. Loved our stay in Trento. Nothing!

Everything was literally perfect – from the room to the central location to the staff. It’s sublime and highly recommended. The only complaint would be that the breakfast offered only regular milk; if you’re lactose intolerant you’d have to give up or warn us beforehand, which we didn’t know. That’s the only criticism I could find.
