“Great central hotel. Can’t wait to return.”

The hotel was lovely and the bedroom fantastic! Having private parking in the centre of Albi was a great convenience. The young man at reception and the breakfast server were especially helpful. The only drawback was the limited breakfast options, but the value was good.

“Manque d’entretien général et disponibilité du personnel du fait d’un modèle organisationnel non conforme à un 4*”

Positives: The location, the quality of the bedding, and the cleanliness. Negatives: The 4‑star surcharge, the lack of maintenance on furniture and items (a leather armchair was frayed, a vase was chipped, and the restaurant chairs and benches were damaged and dirty). The staff was insufficient: one person handled reception, breakfast service, and the bar. For breakfast service, a dedicated staff member is essential to maintain a 4‑star standard. At arrival, the reception was multitasking in the restaurant, causing us to wait while prioritizing restaurant guests—this is not what a 4‑star hotel should offer.
