On the night of 26.9-27.9.26 we could not sleep in the room because of extreme noise from the hotel restaurant; after 22:00 we tried to address it, but the owner avoided the staff and later, after repeated requests, she came and said she would not resolve the issue and production would continue. At 1:00 a.m. we again dealt with the situation; her reaction was shocking—she offered financial compensation instead of a solution, and after we agreed and she paid it, she demanded immediate return of the keys and evicted us from the hotel on the street without any alternative accommodation. The inability to ensure nighttime quiet in the premises and the eviction of guests at 2 a.m. is the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. The matter was handled by MP, we are currently filing a complaint with ČOI and the Chamber of Commerce.

The location was great, the place was clean, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were wonderful.
