The shared‑space facilities were easy to use. I thought there would only be a shower, but the 4th‑floor bath was a welcome bonus for families with kids. There was no garment bag, so I had to bring my own bag. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The noise from other guests at night—shutting doors loudly and chatting in the hallway—was disappointing. The outside noise was also noticeable, so earplugs would help. The nearby parking fills up at night, so walking is better if you’re going out. It’s a bit of a walk to the Awa Odori Hall, but it’s doable. The room advertised a bunk bed, but the top bunk was low, leaving barely enough space for the lower bunk. I couldn’t fit two sheets under the top bunk and the lower one was tight.

The family room and common areas were very pleasant. The neighborhood was residential and quiet. The futons were too thin and the pillows too firm, so the mattresses were uncomfortable.

畳の部屋を予約しましたが、清潔感がありました。ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。駐車場は近くに1日300円のところがあり、そこに停めました。
