The property and location were stunning and the rooms were very clean, but problems arose when my kids tried to shower in room #11 (a larger room); their shower didn’t work and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat. The other room we booked, #19 (also larger), had electrical issues: the lights and fan in the bedroom didn’t work. We never met any staff, so we couldn’t voice our concerns, and I never received an itemized bill despite asking. I was also disappointed that the advertised boat dock and ramp were off-limits. Do not stay here.

The location was great and the value for money was good; the room was comfortable, nicely updated, and very clean.

The stay was wonderful; the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and very courteous. The rooms were nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed a great time. I did wish there had been more storage space in the bathroom, a few small shelves, and a kettle.
