The location, cleanliness, Isabelle’s availability, the exceptional breakfast, and the possibility of parking were all perfect – nothing was lacking.

Good service, great location and a wonderful breakfast, but the terrace, while large, could be arranged in a more cozy and greener way.

We liked everything! The residence is in the heart of the city, the room is styled like an old Italian house with a raw stone wall that gives it character, and from the small cozy balcony you get a stunning view of a narrow ancient street. The beach is about 10‑12 minutes away, very close to stairs and many charming cafés. Isabel is a warm and welcoming host you want to return to. Rooms are very clean. We were amazed by how lovingly she prepares breakfasts for guests – hearty, local, incredibly tasty foods and freshly baked bread. Thank you for the warm welcome and care! The paid parking is €25 per day, 600 metres from the residence, and getting to the hotel is impossible. The entire historic centre is in a transition zone. We were lucky to find free parking about 500 metres away, but that was quite difficult.

The location was great and the breakfast was absolutely complete; the fruit supply lasted all day.

The room was lovely, set in an old building with exposed stone walls, and a tiny charming balcony where we ate breakfast that the very friendly owner, Isabell, brought to the room daily. She would ask every day if everything was fine and if we wanted the room cleaned. The spot is superb, right in the heart of Tropea, close to the beach.
