Close to the sea. A pleasant lady who is always ready to help with problems. Stunning sea view from the balcony. The air conditioner in the kitchen made the bedroom stuffy. The window faces the main road, so the noise from cars is loud all night, and the fan doesn’t help. Every morning around 7 am, the noise from the windows is constant. Trash is taken out, garbage containers are repaired, trees are cut, and those trees are removed.

We were visiting Croatia for the first time and had a lot of doubts about the destination—everyone keeps saying “Croatia…” but I have to admit it’s a fantastic holiday spot, especially in Omiš where this place is the only choice! Guest House Irena is a special property— the apartment is spotless, well equipped, and the view from the windows is absolutely stunning, with the sea stretching out in a picturesque panorama. The huge plus is the extremely comfortable bed and the quiet, high‑performance air‑conditioning. The location balances tranquility and convenience perfectly: the nearest beach is just a 3‑minute walk, and the charming old town of Omiš is reachable with a pleasant 10‑15 minute stroll. Free, private parking right under the house is a major convenience, so you don’t have to worry about your car and can explore the surroundings without thinking about parking when you return. The owners are incredibly friendly and flexible, taking care of every detail and guest comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The cleanliness was superb, the mattresses in the beds were comfortable, and the climate control worked well. The owner was very nice. The apartment itself was quite cramped. We were a family of four on vacation. The unit is on the second floor without an elevator. The entrance to the building is next to the trash bins, so the smells were average. The kitchen counter was very small and there was no outlet for a kettle, so we had to heat water in odd places. The entry to the apartment was a small hallway shared with the owners. The bathroom was very tight, with doors that opened inward into the room instead of outward, making the space even smaller. There were no beach loungers or a beach umbrella.

“Menší, přesto velmi útulné ubytování”

The accommodation is very nice and cozy, best for a couple, about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the old town of Omiš. A friendly host welcomed us and the reserved parking was right in front of the lodging. The beach is a 3‑minute walk. If anyone is bothered by noise, just close the windows and turn on the air‑conditioning. The air‑conditioning is in the living room, but the bedroom next to it was also cooled. I definitely recommend this lodging to anyone who wants to visit Omiš.
