The location was truly great. The gentleman at reception was very friendly. The room we had was nothing like the photos – we left on the same day. There wasn’t even a decent wardrobe, and the cleanliness was very lacking.

The location and cleanliness were excellent. I was very lucky to stay on the first day of reopening. The staff were ultra‑available and courteous. I didn’t rate breakfast because, although there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, I went to the bar. Everything else was perfect and clean. The only flaw, which is obviously a matter of personal preference, was the pillows – they were too large and hard. Overall, the property is outstanding.

The place was spotless and spacious, and we loved how convenient the location was. Nothing else to add.
