Honestly, there wasn't much to write home about, but the state of the hotel was a different story altogether. It was disgustingly dirty, with a sticky kettle, a bathroom in a terrible state, and a hair dryer lying on the floor on the balcony. The tables were stained and gross, and the sheets were all crumpled up. It was clear that the place had been neglected completely.

The hotel was brand new, spotless, and the room looked exactly like the pictures. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there was no TV in the room.

We were really impressed by the staff's kindness and helpfulness. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late, but the manager waited for us, which was a huge relief. The next morning, he gave us some great tips on what to see in Nam Ban and how to get to Dalat, which was super helpful. The room was spotless and tidy, which made it a great place to rest after our long journey.

We were really impressed by the hotel's modern decor and the staff's friendly and welcoming attitude. The manager was particularly helpful, giving us some great tips on what to see and do in the area. However, the hotel was still a bit rough around the edges, with some unfinished work on the parking area that made it a bit inconvenient.
