I'm so happy with my stay - everything was great, especially the service and the staff. They were really friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious, but there were some issues - several lights weren't working in the room and bathroom, and the lock was a bit dodgy. To make matters worse, I felt like the staff were judging me based on my name, which made me really uncomfortable.

The location is great, but that's about it. The room was pretty bad - it had a weird smell and the comforter looked like it hadn't been washed. The washroom was a mess, and the staff didn't seem to care. Oh, and it didn't even matter if you paid extra for a deluxe room, it was all the same.

Honestly, I was really put off by the state of the room - the bed and sofa were disgusting, and breakfast was super basic. They definitely need to step up their game.
