The hotel oozes hospitality, offering two types of slippers and pajama pants, and even providing a plastic bag for your bag in the bathroom; after a soak they served ice, and the bathroom had a washing machine, showing attention to detail everywhere. The best part was being able to pick the pillow type you wanted, and every receptionist was courteous and helpful, making the stay very pleasant.
