The facilities were spotless and really well-equipped, which was a big plus. Plus, the ski-in/ski-out access was super convenient, and we were close to the Beaver Creek village. Honestly, I didn't have any complaints.

The on-demand shuttle was a lifesaver, especially with all our gear to haul around. But what really bugged me was trying to get in touch with someone about ski school - only having email wasn't always the best option.

Unfortunately, this place didn't quite live up to my expectations. The lack of a live person to answer questions was a major issue, especially when trying to get info about ski school. It's not ideal to have to wait for an email response when you're in the middle of planning your day.

We had some issues with the lift closest to our unit being out of order for most of the week, and the constant rattling noise at night was a real nuisance. On the plus side, the unit was clean, but the carpet was definitely due for an upgrade. And to be honest, I think the prices were a bit steep for what we got.
