This place is a complete disaster. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the room was a mess. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The whole experience was a nightmare.

I booked this hotel for a night at 1562 rupees, but then they asked me to pay 2500 rupees through Oyo, which is a total scam. They promised to send me the bill via email, but that never happened. The worst part is the hotel staff is super rude and keeps telling me to leave.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness, which was a huge plus considering the mixed reviews I'd read beforehand. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for extra towels, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the room was a bit too small for my liking, and the air conditioning was a bit too loud. On the other hand, the location was perfect – right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Don't waste your time at this hotel, the service is pretty subpar and the staff can be quite arrogant. The staff seemed to be in a rush and not very helpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but the poor service really brings it down.
