The room was spacious and the location was convenient, and the housekeeping staff seemed sincere. However, both receptionists I spoke to were indifferent, the towels looked grey and unclean, the kitchen lacked a kettle and gas stove, the toilet health‑faucet was damaged and leaking, there was not enough drinking water, and the toiletries were unbranded and unlabeled.

The customised breakfast was awesome, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the hotel overall was super.

The location was good, but the breakfast quality and quantity were disappointing—there was very little variety and not enough food. The fans were running at full speed and the regulators were set to only one speed, so they either ran at full speed or stopped.
