I couldn’t cancel the reservation; the site made me confirm first and then cancel, but I couldn’t do it. When I booked, they didn’t clarify that it was on the ground floor without an elevator; I have a hip problem and it’s hard to climb stairs, and one side of the staircase even lacks a handrail section. Given the price, they should have at least communicated the issue.

The heated pool was a real plus, the whole property felt well‑kept, and the front desk staff were genuinely friendly. I liked how everything was clean and the vibe was relaxed.
