Showed up only to be told the room I’d reserved wasn’t there, and I was forced to shell out extra cash for another one. The new room’s fridge was disgusting – black mould inside and a soggy, slimy tissue stuck in the tiny freezer compartment. To even get the fridge running I had to yank a heavy table out of the way, and nobody bothered to explain how to get back in after the front door was locked at night.
