Savina is an excellent host. She told us exactly which vaporetto to take to the apartment and the train station. When we arrived she also showed us a map of Venice with recommendations for sights and restaurants. The apartment is in a quieter part of the city which was lovely to come back to at night. Bonus - there is a GREAT gelateria nearby (Il Pinguino). We stayed in Venice during the heat wave, and the air conditioning in the apartment worked very well

I absolutely loved my stay. I was there for the Biennale and chose because of the excellent location, close to both pavilions. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt so relaxed and happy in this space. The location is perfect but also the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfy. The mattress is extremely comfortable. The host is super lovely and helpful - I will be back and recommend to anyone visiting Venice. There's honestly nothing I didvt like

The accommodation was in a beautiful location, right in the center of everything needed – sights, sea, and a good distance to all kinds of restaurants. The room was beautiful, spacious with an entrance to a lovely garden. The host was really very kind and accommodating. We wouldn’t find a better place for this price. Highly recommend.

The owner was super helpful and gave us great tips; the location is in a strategic part of the city, close to everything yet a bit off the main traffic, making it a very enjoyable stay.
