The owner was very nice, but the first room we got had a bathroom so cramped that we had to shower on the door while using the toilet. Both that room and the one we switched to had mattresses as hard as rocks. Breakfast was included, yet when we went to order from their menu it took an hour to receive dishes that were completely different from what we asked for. They apologized and promised to fix it, but another 30‑minute wait (and it was already 12:50 pm) brought yet another plate with the wrong order. We weren’t the only ones affected; a girl sitting next to us had the same issue.

Everything we needed was taken care of, especially Ankush who handled it all. The suggestions for places to visit were spot on, the food was good, and the stay was comfortable – definitely a must‑visit next time. Simba and Snowy are sweethearts, by the way.

The facility is great and the location is excellent. The staff and host are awesome, and the food is the best in all of Manali at pocket‑friendly prices. You should stay here for sure.
