The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

The location was convenient for us. The rooms were perfect, every detail was aesthetic and beautiful. The staff were very attentive, especially Galina who made our arrival at the hotel and outside a delight. For a birthday we received beautiful personalized cakes and fruit. I can’t remember the concierge’s name, a tall Chinese man, but he was a true professional. We were very grateful, didn’t want to leave, and will definitely return. Wishing prosperity and many grateful guests.

“Spacious room”

The room was very nice and spacious, and the staff were friendly and polite. We dined at Xingli Chinese Restaurant and the food was very good, but a lady kept approaching my husband twice with a promotional offer for the restaurant, which felt intrusive and disappointing.

The property is exclusive and very modern.

Every staff member I met was courteous, professional, and welcoming, and the overall service was impeccable. However, the breakfast buffet fell short: several items were not fresh and seemed to have sat out – the soya milk had curdled, dumplings were hardened and dry, pastries were hard, pancakes were cold, and the Indian roti was cold and chewy. The breakfast selection should match the high standard of service.

“شكرا جزيلا لجميع العاملين في الفندق 💐”

The location is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel is undergoing a full renovation of the rooms. I’m not sure about the negative point.
