This time it was a hassle! We arrived around 3 pm, the computer was broken or something, and the intercom person was not very friendly. We had already booked and paid, but he wanted me to pay for the hotel room again and also for a shortcut link he sent me by SMS. That was unacceptable! He also talked down to me, almost as if he was getting a kick out of it. On top of that the night was terrible because a bunch of young people made a horrible noise.

No human reception, just an automated machine, which made it hard because the confirmation number was not easy to find on the booking site. It would be good if we could also access the room through another method.

The value for money was poor and the digital system was disgusting.

The room was clean, the shower worked, and it was close to the tram stop and a restaurant right next door. I would have preferred a real reception desk instead of a machine to get the access code, especially since the machine didn’t work when we got there. After a phone call everything was fixed quickly.
