The location is good. The free kitchenette available only at breakfast was quite useful, though it was too small. A shared fridge with freezer was also very handy. The staff was almost entirely absent, except for the cleaning personnel. The quiet hours after 23:00 were not respected; disturbing noises came from one of the rooms, presumably indicating extra guests. The air conditioner sometimes didn’t work properly, though it was eventually fixed. Ants were present in the room.

“NOTTE A CATANZARO CITTA`”

The quadruple room was spacious and functional, with a shared kitchen that came from renovating an apartment inside a condominium. We stayed one night to catch the next day's train. The self‑check‑in was convenient, no wasted time after sending documents via WhatsApp. It sits about 2 km from Catanzaro’s historic centre, and parking nearby is easy, making it handy for trips outside the city. Next to the building is a bar, a pizzeria, and a well‑stocked Coop supermarket.

“Benissimo!”

The location is great and the room is very airy, just a stone’s throw from the park. The only downside: the morning I found my pillow infested with many ants. It didn’t bother me much, but I mention it in case it could bother someone else; I’m sure they’ll fix it.

The spot is strategically 15 minutes on foot from the Puglia hospital. The floor cleaning was poor; there was a thick layer of dust next to the bed that hadn’t been cleaned.
