The staff were super friendly and everyone was really kind. The bed was very comfortable, the room size was adequate, and the location worked well for us. Check‑in and check‑out were super quick and effortless. The clean bedsheets had minor stains, and we found hair on the bathroom ceiling and walls, which was quite unpleasant. The TV remote had a Smart TV option that didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was incredibly disappointing: no fresh vegetables, juices and coffee machines (beans and milk) weren’t being refilled, only one type of egg was available, and the toaster was for plain toast only (not for all breads and pastries). For a vegetarian couple like us, the buffet didn’t justify the £16 per person price.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the bathroom was well equipped with plenty of rails and a shower seat. However, the room was very small for an accessible space—there was no room to turn the wheelchair around—and the bed was very hard.
