The proximity to the metro was excellent, but I’m sorry, I don’t understand how they can get such a high score: the blinds and curtains are missing, the bathroom is dirty, there’s a lot of dust everywhere, and the walls are grimy. As someone who’s allergic to dust, the lack of cleanliness really hurts.

The lady Clara was very kind; even though we arrived before check‑in time, she quickly arranged to give us the keys and let us drop off our luggage at the property. The apartment was very cozy with a shared kitchen. We really liked the coffee and teas with the machine and kettle provided in the room!

Spotlessly clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I managed to cause a small mishap, but I asked for help and they intervened immediately, without making me feel pressured or charging me for the service. The Colombian guy who does the cleaning every morning is incredibly cheerful. The space is what it is, and the bathroom feels a bit cramped.
