The place was well‑located and cheap—just Singapore $24 for a double‑bed room with a balcony. However, there were a lot of small issues: only two power outlets were functional—one for the fan and the other for charging a phone or iPad, so the TV couldn't be used; the Wi‑Fi was weak; staff spoke little English but were friendly; there was only one bin in the bathroom, no fridge, yet the twin beds were comfortable and clean. Two Phuong Vy hotels share the same street, and the other one feels more luxurious because it's a guest house. Worst, an ice‑making small factory is right next door, which can be annoying if you need daytime rest. Frankly, I wouldn't choose this again because there are better options nearby.

It was nicely located and the host was friendly, but the experience was terrible. The photos were far from reality. We got a suffocating room with a strong mold smell, the bathroom walls were covered in mildew, and the windows couldn't be opened fully because of grilles, so the room couldn't be ventilated. The sheets felt damp, and the next day our clothes were still wet. We were very disappointed, especially traveling with two young children. It needs a lot of work to make the room acceptable.

The spot was great and comfy, right next to cafés and restaurants, and the night market was within walking distance. There was some confusion with a nearby property that has a similar name, so adding it to Google Maps would help.

The bed sheets were filthy and the cleaning staff didn't bother to clean them after the previous guest.
