Location is fine. However the south‑facing room had no AC, only a window; even with fans it got very hot and the temperature didn't drop at night. Too hot in the room.

Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, parking right next to the apartment. The unit has its own entrance. The owners are very friendly. They provide coffee pods, tea, and even a small water bowl for our little dog.
