The bed was super comfortable, overall functional but great! The equipment might be a bit dated, but everything was spotlessly clean and lovingly maintained.

It’s not a five‑star hotel, more like a guesthouse, yet the phone communication was smooth and hassle‑free. The location is beautiful, and there’s a good bakery just around the corner. The only downside was the window facing the busy street.

The place sits on the Eifelsteig. However, the room we booked had water damage. Instead of a large room with a balcony, two beds, and a kitchenette, we were given a smaller street‑side room with a shower cabin in the room. The price was therefore far too high.

The staff tried their best. There was a dull smell in the room, and the window couldn’t be fully opened. There was also a recurring power outage in the bathroom that had no window.
