“Mixed, with the ‘night noise’ (unfortunately) ‘coloring’ my reason for NEVER staying there again.”

The location and the room. The ‘up all night’ NOISE ! There was a pianist / ‘singer’ cat-er-walling and screeching in the lobby ‘late into the night’. I went to bed (WITH EAR PLUGS) AT 12:00 and had great difficulty getting to / staying (in) sleep. It was still going at 1:00 ish. Apparently this is a ‘well known’ practice (unfortunately unbeknownst to me). It’s the single reason I will NEVER stay there again !

“Nice place, would not go back”

Great location and staff very helpful. Room was shockingly small for price paid. No place to keep clothes , had to open ironing board to lay out. Small desk with chair squeezed in corner which made bathroom access difficult from left side of bed. Toilet / sink on top of each other so standing between the 2 vey uncomfortable as legs felt cramped. And 9-11 piano bar went much later and then pounding music from morning exercise class before 9 AM

“Locally owned, comfortable safe place in the center of Town.”

Steve, the owner, and Tim, the property manager, are both warm and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and well‑appointed after a recent refresh. I’ll always choose locally owned over corporate in Provincetown. I can’t think of any downside, but if you’re new to Provincetown, note that this place has several entertainment venues and gets busy in season; staying in the annex was quiet and comfortable.
