The on‑site parking and proximity to the Contea Gentile in Bucchianico were convenient, but the owner was overly aggressive and rude. I asked about the air conditioning—listed as “independent air conditioning in every room” for an extra fee—yet only one portable unit was available. The owner verbally attacked us for 40 minutes, going completely insane and insulting us.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the host greeted us warmly. She remained available throughout our stay without being intrusive, and the location was quiet yet well connected to transport. We slept well and felt comfortable in the tastefully decorated rooms, and breakfast included homemade cakes. Everything was perfect!

The room was clean and newly built or renovated. However, it was located in a condominium, isolated from the town center and essential services, and lacked air conditioning. When we arrived on 21 August, the room was over 40 °C and only had a fan that did little. I spent two nights on the balcony to get fresh air. I recommend the owners install an air conditioner and a shower; given the price‑quality ratio in these conditions, I do not recommend it.

The owners are friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and relaxing, surrounded by hills yet strategically located for travel. I especially appreciated the ability to use the kitchen, which is rare in most B&Bs. I recommend it.
