The room was huge and comfortable; they set everything up before we arrived, and we even got to pick a bathrobe to wear. The tatami area was so comfy I ended up lying there for over two hours. The hot spring was also very pleasant. The room’s door could be opened to let in sunlight, which was great, and the shuttle service was helpful. The bed felt a bit soft, and the air‑conditioning was very loud.

The overall atmosphere of the inn was pleasant, but the person who explained our dinner was overly wordy and exhausting.

The private‑feel layout let us relax, and the garden with koi and tadpoles, Easter‑egg hunt, board‑game lending, and book café kept the kids entertained, so our family never got bored; being within walking distance of Panorama Park was also a plus. However, the many stairs and level changes made it hard for our elderly parents to move around, and staff service varied noticeably from person to person.

The room was comfortable and clean with a private bath, but the windows are old and rattle when opened, and tattoos are still not allowed in the public bath, though I hope that changes in the future.
