I noticed there was no desk to hang our clothes.

The location was spot on for the festival we were heading to, but I expected small bathroom items like a toothbrush and makeup remover that are usually in hotels; otherwise everything was perfect.

The mattress was very hard and the air conditioner was quite noisy; the lack of a fixed air conditioner was a bit disappointing but otherwise it was good.

The staff were courteous, the place is peaceful, cleanliness is exceptional, and the services are comprehensive.
