“Very helpful & friendly receptionist. Comfortable for a short stay.”
The location was excellent, close to buses and shops, but it would have been better if there were two bottles of water available for us.

The bedding was very good, but the bathroom seals are very dirty (moldy), the hair dryer detaches from the wall and is old, and the bathroom shampoo is low quality.

The location is good, very near the metro station, and there’s a mall just behind the hotel.

I liked how clean the room was and the location was perfect because it’s close to the metro. The room itself was very small. The bathroom was also small, with the toilet in a different room from the shower and sink. Unfortunately, the shower drain had a bit of an issue. We didn’t use breakfast. The towel change every day was great. We asked for a hairdryer because the one in the room was a bit broken, and even though they said we’d find one in the room that evening, that didn’t happen.

The location was great, but the staff were barely helpful. We paid by card and were told it hadn’t been received, so we had to pay again, yet the card was charged twice. The bathroom is split, with the shower and sink in one door and the toilet in another, which really hurts hygiene. The room is tiny, so a large suitcase can’t even lie on the floor.
