The yurt was a hit and the whole vibe was peaceful.

Nice scenery and a pretty site, but nobody was around to chat with, so we had to knock on doors to find our room. Also, it’s a bit of a walk to town.

I fell in love with the calm atmosphere the moment I stepped inside; everything was lovely and I’ll definitely come back.

The view and the meditation room were nice, but both bathrooms had black mold. Breakfast on day one was just dry cereal, and more food arrived later. There was no bin in the room, no hair dryer, and the shower couldn’t be moved. Washing hair required both hands and was only for very short people. No floor rug next to the shower in either room, towels were tiny, and the facilities felt like a 1980s B&B. None of the room doors had locks, the front door used a key code that probably never changed, so security was zero. No wifi, weak phone signal, and the owner only replied to texts hours later. There was no parking guidance, windows stayed open in 35‑degree weather turning the house into a sauna, and rooms weren’t made up during the stay. A mechanical pulsing hum kept going all night, loud even with ear plugs. The kitchen had no doors and no soft furnishings or carpets, so kitchen and bathroom noise bounced into every bedroom.
