The stay was excellent in every respect, and I especially want to praise the front‑desk staff member Mohamed, who was the pinnacle of respect and elegance in his dealings and provided exceptional service with professionalism and care; his refined manner and concern for guests’ comfort were very evident. Thanks to Mohamed for the outstanding reception and service beyond the limits, and I hope such outstanding competence is always available at the hotel. Definitely a review worth the top rating.
