How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything matched the description and my expectations, in line with all the positive feedback already received; host Fabio was exceptionally kind and helpful, and my granddaughter Francesca, on her first vacation, thanked him warmly—she’s definitely on the list for our next trip to Marina di Ascea.

Very central, clean, owner was super friendly, 5‑10 minutes walk to the beach. The only thing missing was an extra wardrobe in the room.

The place sits in a perfect spot just steps from the station and the beach, the room is spacious, well‑climatized and very clean, the bathroom is newly renovated and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent in the adjacent bar with extremely kind staff. Fabio, the host, is very helpful, friendly and quick to reply. I’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful weekend stay. The location is extremely central, just a few meters from the main street and the beach. Fabio, the owner, is very helpful and kind. The room is equipped with every comfort and especially spotless. Highly recommended. The only downside: if you’re looking for a quiet room, the front door doesn’t isolate noise well, but that’s more about other guests’ behavior than the building.
