The location was perfect, the room size was very pleasant and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Note: the room was in the annex building. There was a strong food smell in the stairwell from the restaurant/caterer on the ground floor. A transparent blind in the bathroom window let in light from the neighboring office building at night, revealing all bathroom activity, which was very uncomfortable; I solved it by hanging a blanket over the window.

The adjoining rooms were huge with high ceilings (we had a two‑bedroom suite). The beds were very comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very well located.

The palace, the room, the cleanliness, the staff, and the location in the old town were all excellent. The only downside was having to move to an adjacent street for breakfast. The staff were very kind and quick, but the spaces were a bit cramped and uncomfortable for service. The buffet breakfast was good, not exceptional.

The location is outstanding, right in piazzetta Tyn, just 2 minutes from Piazza Vecchia, and the room is huge with super comfy beds and a well-equipped bathroom that has both a tub and a shower; the place is spotless, like the rest of the city.
