Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the room offered a nice view of the square. The village itself made for an interesting evening walk. Parking is free in the square, but if it’s busy finding a spot can be tough.

A cozy pub right in the market square and a room that felt comfortable, especially the shower in the en suite. The WiFi, however, was a bit sketchy.

Breakfast was very good—the bacon, eggs, and black pudding were all cooked nicely. The brown wholemeal toast could have been better.

The staff were friendly and the food was good. On the upper floor the walls are very thin, so you could hear a lot from adjacent rooms.
